This is a great opportunity to join a respected paediatric allied health provider near Wellington Point, supporting children, teens and young adults across clinic, school and home settings. You’ll be part of a large, multidisciplinary paediatric team with experienced clinicians around you. The service has a strong focus on evidence-based therapy, functional outcomes, goal-directed intervention and helping children participate more confidently in everyday life. Full-time and part-time options are available. Why You’ll LOVE this Role: Salary package of $90,000 - $115,000 super PD allowance Join a large paediatric OT team with 20 Occupational Therapists Work across clinic, school and home environments Support children, teens and young adults with a broad range of developmental, neurological and disability presentations Low KPI target, designed to support quality therapy and sustainable workloads $2,000 annual professional development allowance 7 paid PD days per year Fortnightly 1:1 supervision Regular access to senior clinicians for open-door clinical support, case discussions and report feedback Well-resourced clinic with excellent therapy spaces and equipment Flexible hours and days to suit your life outside of work Full administrative and clinic manager support Opportunity to explore passion projects, research involvement and niche clinical interests Your Role: You will support a paediatric and young adult caseload across clinic, school and home settings. Clients may present with: Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD Global developmental delay Cerebral palsy Acquired brain injury Down Syndrome Developmental coordination disorder Learning difficulties Sensory processing difficulties Muscular dystrophy Complex physical disability Early intervention needs You’ll deliver therapy that is practical, goal-directed and focused on helping children build skills for everyday life. This may include functional capacity, emotional regulation, motor skills, school participation, self-care, play, social participation and independence. The team has a strong evidence-based focus and uses outcome measures and goal-setting tools to guide therapy and track progress. This role would suit an OT who wants to keep growing clinically, contribute to a strong team culture and work in a service that takes quality therapy seriously.
